What i offer
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is a form of external application of remedies, which is primarily intended to restore, improve or maintain the ability of the human body to move and function.
The aim of physiotherapy is to eliminate or prevent limited body functions. Often, incorrect postures in the job, a muscular weakness, or a previous injury or surgery are responsible for developing and persistent pain.
Massage Therapy
Massage is used to mechanically influence the skin, connective tissue and muscles through stretching, pulling and pressure stimuli. The effect of massage extends from the treated part of the body over the entire organism and also includes the psyche.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is a treatment approach in which functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system are examined and treated. Manual therapy is based on special handgrip and mobilization techniques that relieve pain and eliminate movement disorders. Joint mechanics, muscle function and coordination of movements are examined.
Sports Physiotherapy
Sports physiotherapy is described as a field of physical therapy.
The sports physiotherapist works with athletes of all ages as well as levels of performance, individually or in groups, who have suffered an acute injury during sports activity, are recovering from such an injury, or for the prevention of any injury.
Sexological Bodywork
Sexological Bodywork is a lively, creative and very effective form of somatic bodywork. It combines body-oriented sexual counseling with sexological bodywork. With different methods, such as touch, breathing, movement, massage and communication, people find more body awareness and an authentic expression of their sexuality.
It supports people to recognize their body perception in a more differentiated and conscious way and new possibilities to strengthen and cultivate sexual vitality are worked out together.
Cranio-Sacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a body-oriented, manual form of treatment that developed in the first half of the 20th century in the USA from osteopathy. It is based on working with the craniosacral rhythm, which is manifested in the fine pulsation of the cerebrospinal fluid. This fluid nourishes, moves and protects our nervous system - from the skull (cranium) to the sacrum (sacrum). Since the craniosacral rhythm spreads throughout the body via the connective tissue, it can be felt everywhere.
Visceral Therapy
Visceral therapy (Organ Therapy) is the merging of the musculoskeletal system with the organ system. Our organs are attached to the musculoskeletal system and thus get their support and place in the body. They therefore have a strong connection to the spine, pelvis, ribs, shoulder girdle, bones, muscles and fascia.
Meditation
The practice of meditation is dependent on the context of the practice and causes lasting positive changes in thinking, feeling and experiencing or leads to defined insights and states. Effects of meditation training on cognition, affect, brain function, immune system and epigenetics, as well as mental health have been scientifically proven.
